Hamstrings

The Hamstrings are the muscles in the back of the thighs. They help with critical daily activities of walking, running, jumping, and stabilizing the upper body. Performing many exercises for the Hamstrings also develop the glutes. Since the hamstrings are connected to the back of the knees strengthening them could help prevent knee injuries.
