The muscles in the Legs are critical in supporting more upper body, running faster, jumping higher, hitting harder, and lifting more and more weight. Leg exercises should not be neglected unless of course you like to under-perform (I don’t think that is you, so work on your legs). To simplify the hard-core training you are going to do Fitness Drive has divided the leg exercises into 3 sections; Calves, Hamstrings, and Quads.

Strengthening each aspect of the legs will help in exercises for other sections of the body and ultimately enable lifting more weight.
